The NYC Schools Account (NYCSA) is an app that lets you see your student’s grades, attendance, and more from anywhere and in all DOE languages: Arabic, Bengali, Chinese, English, French, Haitian Creole, Korean, Russian, Spanish, and Urdu.

Both parents and teachers need to help students be good digital citizens. They both need to support students in using the internet in ways that are safe, responsible, and appropriate. PA/PTAs can support schools in a number of ways, including:

* Organizing activities for families
* Raising funds
* Running volunteer events
The School Leadership Team (SLT) helps develop educational policies for their school. The SLT also:
* Provides evals of a school’s educational programs
* Plays a role in school-based decision-making
* Help to make school cultures more collaborative
